Good view. Good location. Takes less than 10 mins to get to the beach, plenty of restaurants nearby.

The bed smells like it hasn't been washed properly.

Good

It all depends on how you like to travel. You'll be in a hotel with very decent rooms, but in an complete anonymous environment. The kind of place that leaves no memory. A formatted tourist factory. But there's nothing to complain about either, except of course that you won't have seen anything of Vietnam. The beach is very close by, as are the typical tourist facilities (restaurants, cafés). There is no good, no bad.

Had TV, fridge and warm water Clean although old kinda hotel Near to pick up point to Ba Na hill at Haian hotel

Smell of pillow Kinda noisy at night, there is a peddler selling "Bun tao" late night, but this is out of hotel's control

Good for the price but not more than that.

There is a problem with the hot water in the shower, I didn't complain because it wasn't too bad. There's no breakfast option in the hotel. Tables and buffet setup are just for decoration. The wifi was bad. Low signal, interruptions, slow. The room is big but there's so much to do with the mould and scrappy walls.

I’ll still rate this at 7/10 for location. Its near the mall, coffee shops, restaurant

The location Hotel is cheap 800kvnd for 2days. This is okay for short stay (2days max). I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay

No hot water in the shower which is okay for me because I dont really use hot showers but might not be okay for other travellers. I find the door knob so weird it was placed below where door knob should be. Number 1 concern. Please please make sure you wash your sheets , pillow cases coz it looks like it was not wash at all I wasn’t able to sleep well due to bed bugs bites. I know your hotel is cheap but please make the bed as comfortable as possible. At the end of the day tourists will sleep to it after a long day of exploring the city. I had to spray a cologne so I cannot smell that I dont know what. And one more thing, please have a receptionist that can speak english even a little bit. It’s very hard to communicate with them Most of your guests will be tourist. Other hotel we went too doesn’t have this issue. Other concerns doesn’ t matter.

Quite good, 7 out of 10 for sure

I really like the atmosphere from the air coming from the beach, which directions from a few windows in the room, The staff was friendly. The furniture is good and meets my expectations.

My beds had had some blood stains from previous clients which uncomfort me really much.

Good value ,nice room and good WiFi, breakfast a bit strange ,then again so is Da nang !

Bit of a strange place , I'm assuming cos it's aimed at mainly Chinese travelers.staff were friendly although limited English,rooms are big and comfortable with a decent view of the sea.room was clean except for behind the doors,I'm assuming the maid cleans the rooms with doors open,so has never looked behind the door! Breakfast is the main concern ,I have never stayed in a hotel that doesn't serve hot coffee at breakfasts, instead we were given iced coffee ,and with no cups only glasses available,however in the rooms are a kettle and cups-but no coffee etc ??? Asian based breakfast ,which is not a problem for me.we were offered free bikes when we booked,only to be told none available,instead we could hire scooters from the hotel,which we didn't, and I'm assuming this is why they keep hold of your passport so's you can't book em from elsewhere. It's on the beach which in other resorts would be ideal,but in Da nang there's not much else on the beach, or in the town centre either, which is also a taxi ride or a 30 minutes walk away. WiFi was good, price was wonderful, I just think the place needs a little more organisation .

Behind door was filthy, breakfast a little strange.they keep your passport .
